Put your mind at ease when you are out of town, because Pet Sitter Associates will care for your pets in their favorite place -- your own home. We specialize in caring for your pets in your home with one or more daily visits. Your pets enjoy their familiar routine, and you know they will be cared for by professionals.

Call to arrange for our no-obligation interview in your home. We can meet you and your pets and discuss your pets' needs. We will take detailed notes about your pet and home care, and collect your key. Our fees are based on the number and kinds of pets, and how frequently we visit your home while you are away.
OUR SERVICES
While you are away, your pets will be fed, watered, and played with. Their bathroom needs will be attended to. Medication is given, if needed. Our services also include bringing in the mail and newspaper, watering house plants, and adjusting lights and curtains for that lived-in look.
THE OWNER
Pet Sitter Associates is the premier business of its kind in our area, in business since 1997. PSA is over ten years old! Betsy Dunham and her husband, Darrell, have been active members of the Carbondale community for over 30 years. They have owned a variety of pets, both dogs and cats. Betsy is a lifetime member of the Jackson County Humane Society.
Pet Sitter Associates was founded over ten years ago in order to provide an alternative pet care service. Although Carbondale has several fine kennel options, some animals are not happy in a kennel and prefer the familiar home environment. Pet owners may not want to impose on neighbors or friends to care for their pets. Youngsters are not always reliable. PRICE PER VISIT
$12.00 initial interview
$15-20 for your first dog or cat
$ 2.00 for each additional dog $ 1.00 for each additionalCat
$ 1.00 additional fish, turtle, hamster
$ 3.00 additional 10 minute walk, per dog
$17.00+ daily dog walks
$ 9.00 key pick up/drop off after initial interview, if required
$35.00 minimum charge per booking (if you just need one or two visits, the minimum I would charge would be $35, ask if you need this explained)
Add the additional holiday fee of $10.00 per visit to the following two holidays:
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
